Fire at South Auckland Industrial Building Produces Smoke

A significant fire in South Auckland is producing large plumes of black smoke. Approximately 15 fire crews and trucks are responding to the incident at a commercial building on Roscommon Road, Wiri. Auckland’s Fire and Emergency has advised residents in the vicinity to avoid smoke exposure by keeping doors and windows closed, turning off air conditioning, and remaining indoors as much as possible.
