A Fabergé pendant, inspired by the film Octopussy, was recovered after police monitored a suspect who allegedly swallowed it. The 32-year-old was arrested at Partridge Jewellers in Auckland on November 28 and remained in custody for six days until the pendant naturally exited his gastrointestinal tract. This limited-edition piece, one of only 50 made, is crafted from gold, enamel, and adorned with 183 diamonds and two sapphires, with a price tag of £14,250. A photo shows the pendant, reunited with police, held by a gloved hand.
