Germany has urged Israel to adhere to the ceasefire in Gaza and facilitate increased humanitarian aid, as stated by Foreign Minister Johann Wadephul during a joint press briefing with Egyptian counterpart Badr Abdelatty in Berlin. Wadephul emphasized the importance of all parties participating in the ceasefire’s implementation and highlighted the need for a stabilization mission in Gaza. He also expressed Germany’s readiness to support the EU-led Palestinian police training mission.
