A primary-aged girl has testified about being sexually assaulted by a teenage boy, a friend of her brother, in various locations including under a trampoline and in her bedroom. The boy, whose identity is protected by law, is currently on trial in the Youth Court in Tauranga, where he denies all allegations. He faces six charges, including three counts of sexual violation by rape. The trial is presided over by Judge Paul Geoghegan.
