A campaign has been launched by Ellie Hecht, founder of law recruitment company InnLegal, to provide free travel for under 25s commuting to job interviews in London. Inspired by a young applicant’s inability to afford travel costs, Hecht aims to make the job market more accessible for young people, highlighting the economic impact of unemployment. Essex Court Chambers has already begun covering travel costs for applicants under 25, supporting Hecht’s initiative to improve social mobility.
