The UK is prepared to invest over £100m for a potential deployment of troops to Ukraine if Donald Trump negotiates a peace deal with Russia, as stated by Defence Secretary John Healey. He emphasized the growing threat in Europe, described efforts to form a “Multinational Force Ukraine,” and announced plans to increase defense spending to 5% of GDP by 2035, while highlighting the UK’s support for Ukraine.
