An upstate New York man, David Cox, was arrested in Brooklyn for allegedly threatening to attack federal agents with firebombs during the “No Kings” protests on October 18, 2025. Charged with making a terroristic threat and related offenses, Cox’s claims were made at a gas station and reported to authorities, although no weapons were found in his vehicle; meanwhile, over 100,000 demonstrators protested against the Trump administration without incidents in NYC.
