Scottish suspects agree to extradition in Ontario restaurateur’s death

Three men in Scotland have agreed to be extradited to Canada to face charges related to the death of Owen Sound restaurant owner Sharif Rahman, who was assaulted on August 17, 2023. Robert Evans Jr. faces manslaughter charges, while his father and uncle are charged as accessories; the case is now with Scottish Ministers for a decision on extradition.
