PineStone Asset Management Sells Moody’s Stock, Retains .1 Billion Position

PineStone Asset Management disclosed in an SEC filing that it sold 46,977 shares of Moody’s Corporation (NYSE:MCO) during the quarter ended September 30, valued at approximately $23.7 million. Despite this reduction, PineStone retains nearly 2.3 million shares, representing a 6.7% stake of its reportable AUM, worth about $1.1 billion.
