Measles outbreak in SC leads to quarantine for 150 unvaccinated children

Health officials in South Carolina are alerting communities in Spartanburg and Greenville counties about an undetected spread of measles, with an eighth case linked to an outbreak that began on September 25. At least 153 unvaccinated children from two schools, Fairforest Elementary and Global Academy, are in a 21-day quarantine after exposure to the virus.
