I went to an Apple store to check out the thinnest iPads ever. Does 0.08 inches really make a difference?

I can rarely resist an enticing marketing promise.

Apple claimed to have released the thinnest iPads, so I had to try them out.

However, my experience with the MacBook Air taught me that being too thin can have its drawbacks.
