Teo Chee Hean to be new Temasek chairman; Lim Boon Heng steps down

SINGAPORE: Temasek Holdings announced that former Senior Minister Teo Chee Hean will succeed Lim Boon Heng as its fifth chairman, starting Oct 9. Teo, who has a distinguished political career and served in various ministerial roles, will first join as deputy chairman on Jul 1. Lim, who has been chairman since 2013, oversaw significant growth in Temasek’s global presence and portfolio value during his tenure.
