‘It feels so good’: Toronto's Walk with Israel breaks record with 56,000 participants

Tens of thousands participated in Toronto’s annual Walk with Israel, with police estimating around 56,000 attendees, surpassing last year’s record by 6,000. The event featured a rally at Temple Sinai with performances, expressing a strong sense of community among participants, as noted by UJA’s Sara Lefton and survivor Omri Kohavi. Although there were some anti-Israel protesters, their numbers were lower than in previous years, allowing the event to focus on unity and pride within the Jewish community while celebrating shared cultural ties with Canadians.
