The UN has confirmed that nearly 90 aid trucks entered Gaza on May 21, 2025, following Israel’s partial approval for humanitarian supplies. The trucks, which departed the Kareem Shalom crossing, carried vital items including nutrition supplies, flour, and medicines, but UN relief chief Tom Fletcher highlighted the ongoing challenges faced by humanitarians in delivering goods where they are needed most. Despite this shipment, the volume of aid remains limited and insufficient to address the extensive needs within Gaza.
