Israel claims to have intercepted Houthi missile – Middle East Monitor

Israel reported intercepting a missile launched from Yemen, which fell short of its target, following Israeli air strikes on Hudaydah. This escalation came after the Houthis declared a “shocking and painful response” to recent Israeli attacks that killed seven and injured 94. Tensions heightened despite a ceasefire agreement brokered by Oman, which included the Houthis refraining from targeting US ships in the Red Sea, amid ongoing US military actions in Yemen resulting in significant civilian casualties.
