Unai Emery and Cesc Fabregas decline Roma’s approach

Roma approached Unai Emery and Cesc Fabregas as potential successors to Claudio Ranieri, but both Spanish coaches declined the offer. Emery, currently managing Aston Villa and in the Champions League quarter-finals, turned down the invitation, as did Fabregas, who is coaching Como. Both managers thanked Roma without considering the proposal, leaving them off the shortlist for the position.
