The National Investigation Agency (NIA) has charged four members of the Babbar Khalsa International (BKI) terrorist group in the September 2024 Chandigarh grenade attack case, including designated terrorist Harwinder Singh Sandhu and US-based Harpreet Singh. The accused have been charged under UAPA and Explosive Substances Act for their roles in planning and supporting the attack. Rinda and Happy Passi provided logistical support, funds, weapons, and ammunition to operatives in Chandigarh for the attack.

Manipur: Security forces arrest four militants in crackdown on banned groups
Security forces in Manipur apprehended four militants from different banned groups in Bishnupur, Imphal East, and Thoubal districts. The militants included a member of the Kangleipak Communist Party (PWG) and two from the KCP (Taibanganba) group, with 12 firearms seized during search operations in various districts.
