Jefferson boys win championship of Milan Puddle Jumpers invitational

Jefferson’s cross country teams welcomed new coach Josh Ludwick, who succeeded Phil Speare after 24 years, and achieved significant success at the Milan Puddle Jumpers Invitational, with the boys winning the Division 2-3-4 championship and the girls finishing second, led by individual winner Claire Miller. The boys scored 28 points, easily surpassing runner-up Flat Rock’s 56, while Ludwick praised the team’s performance, highlighting their summer training efforts.
