Charlevoix baseball team, led by Ryan Pearl, is motivated this season by the motto “For Berg” in support of teammate Emmett Bergmann, who was injured in a tragic accident involving the golf team. The team has received widespread community support, including a GoFundMe and merchandise, as they strive for success on the field. Recently, Pearl showcased his talent with two home runs during a doubleheader against Boyne City, contributing to the team’s overall positive spirit and determination as they look forward to the postseason.
