Two Saskatchewan Teens Charged for Sharing Violent Extremism Content

Two 14-year-olds have been charged with uttering threats in Saskatoon following an investigation by the RCMP’s National Security unit, which began on February 10 after a report of online content linked to violent extremism. The teens were arrested on February 11 and are currently remanded, with court appearances scheduled for February 17. Due to the Youth Criminal Justice Act, further details about the youths cannot be disclosed.
