A principal who led a west Auckland primary school for three decades has died unexpectedly but peacefully during the school holidays.
Massey Primary School principal Bruce Barnes is being remembered for his integrity, dedication, and care throughout his tenure. The school confirmed his passing over the weekend, expressing sadness and noting his commitment to putting students first. He will be greatly missed by the staff, students, and the wider school community.
