A comprehensive agreement is proposed to ensure Ukraine’s sovereignty, limit its armed forces, and prohibit NATO membership while guaranteeing security for Ukraine. Russia agrees to non-aggression and potential reintegration into the global economy, with sanctions discussed for lifting. A significant reconstruction package for Ukraine is planned, funded by frozen Russian assets, and educational programs promoting tolerance will be implemented. Territories like Crimea and Donetsk will be recognized as Russian, while a joint working group will monitor compliance with the agreement.
