This initiative allows construction to resume after significant delays since 2019, caused by a consortium of developers who went into liquidation. Many families, like home buyer Jing Zhang, had to abandon their plans due to these setbacks. The Hermitage Group, led by Libo Eros Fu, has resolved the water infrastructure issue, enabling progress.
