Todd Gibbons Sentenced to 10 More Years in Prison

A convicted child sex offender, Todd Gibbons, serving a 12-year sentence, has received an additional 10 years after two more victims revealed they were abused by him, bringing the total known victims to four. Gibbons, 55, has a history of offending dating back to 1999, when he raped a 12-year-old girl after giving her alcohol.
