The Ombudsman compelled the Reserve Bank to disclose information regarding Adrian Orr’s abrupt resignation as Governor on March 5, revealing he had temporarily stepped down on February 27 amid escalating tensions with the board, Treasury, and Finance Minister Nicola Willis.
