Nearly 30 per cent of young working adults in Hong Kong report experiencing moderate to high levels of anxiety and depression, with only one-third seeking help, according to a think tank. The survey of more than 400 individuals aged 18 to 34 also revealed concerns about work-life balance, interpersonal relationships, financial stress, and political climate. The MWYO is calling for more mental health support and resources in the workplace to create a more supportive environment for those struggling with mental health issues.
