The United Nations announced that humanitarian agencies are still unable to deliver materials necessary for constructing durable shelters in Gaza due to ongoing Israeli restrictions. UN spokesman Stephane Dujarric reported that there has been “no progress” in securing the entry of essential supplies for shelter construction.
