Iran reports over 200 minors killed and 1,401 injured in attacks since February 28

Iran’s Health Ministry reported that at least 206 children under 18 and 227 women have died, with 1,401 others injured due to recent US-Israeli attacks since February 28. The offensive has resulted in around 1,300 fatalities overall, including former Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei. In response, Iran has conducted drone and missile strikes targeting Israel and other nations hosting US military assets, impacting infrastructure and global markets.
