Israeli actions aim to reshape the region and impact the Palestinian cause

Jibril Rajoub, the secretary-general of Palestine’s Fatah movement, criticized Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s war efforts as an unjustified attempt to shift focus from the consequences of conflict in Palestinian territories. He claimed that Israeli military actions have resulted in over 250,000 Palestinians being dead, wounded, or imprisoned, and argued that the conflict aims to eliminate the Palestinian cause while establishing Israeli dominance in the region. Rajoub warned that continued occupation will perpetuate conflict and increase Israel’s international isolation.
