Pakistani Prime Minister to Attend Peace Board Meeting in Washington

Pakistani Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif will attend the inaugural meeting of the Board of Peace (BoP) on Feb. 19 in Washington, accompanied by Deputy Prime Minister Ishaq Dar. The meeting aims to support Palestinian rights and address the Gaza situation, with a focus on fundraising for reconstruction. The BoP was established following the signing of its Charter by representatives from 19 countries at the World Economic Forum in Davos. Washington has indicated that additional states have joined this initiative.
