The International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) has urged states to urgently address the severe humanitarian conditions in Gaza, despite recent ceasefire progress. ICRC President Mirjana Spoljaric emphasized the need to improve living conditions and ease restrictions on essential materials for infrastructure repair.
