This year’s Telethon Home features a newly installed swimming pool, with support from Fat Cat and 2025 Little Telethon Star Jordan. Located in a four-bedroom, two-bathroom house on a nearly 600sqm block in Upper Swan, the pool is expected to enhance the home’s appeal to prospective buyers ahead of the Telethon weekend on October 17 and 18. Craig Park, general manager of Blueprint Homes, expressed gratitude for the industry support in creating the home. The pool, donated by Aqua Technics Pools, aims to complement the outdoor living spaces designed for family gatherings. The 2026 Telethon home is the second in the Clementine Estate, following the first home’s successful sale for $1.175 million in 2024. All proceeds from the sale will benefit Telethon.
Why It Matters
The Telethon initiative, established in 1968, has raised over $300 million for children in need, making it a significant contributor to various charitable causes in Western Australia. The sale of the Telethon Home directly supports this fundraising effort, showcasing community involvement from local businesses like Aqua Technics Pools and Blueprint Homes. The construction of the home not only provides financial benefits for Telethon but also highlights the ongoing collaboration between the building industry and charitable organizations. This year’s home aims to attract buyers with modern amenities while furthering the impact of Telethon’s historical mission to aid children’s health and well-being.
