Condemnation of Bondi Beach Shooting
Following a deadly attack at Bondi Beach in Sydney that resulted in 12 fatalities and 29 injuries, several Arab nations condemned the violence. Qatar, Saudi Arabia, the UAE, and Jordan expressed solidarity with Australia, denouncing the act as terrorism and reaffirming their rejection of all forms of violence. Australian Prime Minister Anthony Albanese described the incident as a targeted attack on Jewish Australians. The attack has been labeled a “terror attack” by Australian authorities.
