25 Countries Provided Oil to Israel During Gaza Conflict

A report by Oil Change International reveals that 25 countries supplied oil to Israel during the Gaza war, condemning the fossil-fuel system as complicit in “genocide” and exacerbating the climate crisis. Azerbaijan and Kazakhstan accounted for 70% of crude shipments from November 2023 to October 2025, while the U.S., Russia, and Greece led in refined petroleum exports. The report calls for accountability from these nations, urging them to recognize their role in the conflict and phase out fossil fuels. The study documented 323 shipments, totaling 21.2 million tonnes of oil.
