Since the ceasefire on October 10, Euro-Med Human Rights Monitor reports that Israel has killed an average of eight Palestinians daily, totaling 242 deaths, including 85 children, amid ongoing attacks and a blockade in Gaza. The group accuses Israel of systematic genocide, including policies of starvation and denial of medical aid, while exploiting the ceasefire to reshape Gaza’s geography. This situation highlights a disturbing lack of international accountability, enabling continued violence against civilians. As of October 2023, over 69,000 Palestinians have been killed and more than 170,600 injured due to the conflict.
