Egypt signed a significant real estate deal with Qatar, committing $29.7 billion to develop a 4,900.99-acre urban project on the Mediterranean coast. The agreement, signed by Egyptian Housing Minister Sherif El-Sherbiny and Qatari Minister Abdullah Al Attiyah, includes plans for high-end residential areas, tourism facilities, and essential infrastructure. This venture is projected to create over 250,000 jobs and is part of Egypt’s goal to attract $42 billion in foreign investment by 2026.
