Sudanese Rights Group Seeks Investigation of RSF Leader’s US Visit

A US-based human rights organization, Decolonize Sudan, has urged the US Treasury and Justice Departments to investigate the presence of Algoney Dagalo, a sanctioned commander of the Rapid Support Forces, in Washington, DC. They emphasize that allowing a sanctioned individual to operate in the US undermines accountability and the credibility of US sanctions against atrocities in Sudan.
