UNRWA Commissioner-General Philippe Lazzarini warned of a worsening child hunger crisis in Gaza, stating that one in ten children is malnourished, exacerbated by severe shortages of nutrition and a flawed food distribution system that has resulted in over 870 deaths. He called for immediate humanitarian access and a ceasefire, emphasizing the dire situation of children amid ongoing violence and restrictions.
