The Global Coalition Against Occupation of Palestine
has urged Egyptian authorities to facilitate the entry of over 4,000 international activists from 54 countries, including a European parliamentary delegation, for a peaceful sit-in in Al-Arish and at the Rafah crossing on 15 June 2025, as part of the Global March for Gaza. This movement aims to demand an end to the blockade on Gaza and to facilitate the delivery of essential aid to over two million Palestinians facing dire conditions amid ongoing Israeli aggression. The coalition emphasized that supporting this initiative would affirm Egypt’s opposition to the blockade and its solidarity with the Palestinian people.
