Summary
Israeli warplanes launched air strikes on Beirut’s southern suburbs, targeting a building near Al-Qaem Mosque after issuing warnings. The attacks followed multiple warning strikes from drones, leading to evacuations in southern Lebanese towns and neighborhoods. Despite a ceasefire established in November 2024, Israeli forces have conducted frequent strikes, claiming to target Hezbollah assets, resulting in nearly 3,000 reported violations and over 200 casualties since the agreement, with Israel maintaining military presence in southern Lebanon.
