Two Michigan Men Charged in Halloween Plot

Two suspects are facing federal charges in Michigan for allegedly planning a terror attack over Halloween weekend. Mohmed Ali and Majed Mahmoud were charged with firearms-related offenses as part of a 73-page criminal complaint filed by the FBI. The complaint claims they communicated about an attack for the Islamic State, purchased firearms and ammunition, and practiced shooting at gun ranges. Federal agents seized multiple firearms and tactical gear from their residence, while Ali’s attorney disputes claims of a terror plot.
