The court ruled that Rahul Gandhi, Sonia Gandhi, and others are not entitled to the FIR copy but allowed the ED to continue its investigation. The Congress party claimed the proceedings are politically motivated and legally untenable, while the BJP dismissed these allegations as baseless.
