Kejriwal Responds to Jibe on AAP and Pollution
Share on FacebookShare on Twitter

Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) leader Arvind Kejriwal responded to Delhi CM Rekha Gupta’s criticism of his Vipassana retreats, asserting that mocking meditation is inappropriate and suggesting Gupta try it for peace. Gupta had accused Kejriwal of neglecting Delhi’s pollution crisis by frequently leaving for meditation, while she claimed her government is actively addressing the issue. AAP’s Saurabh Bharadwaj further criticized Gupta’s understanding of air quality, calling for expert intervention as Delhi faces severe pollution with an AQI of 497. The Delhi government has since directed schools to adopt hybrid classes in response to the deteriorating air quality.
