J-K: LG Manoj Sinha lays foundation for new houses affected by Pakistani shelling during Operation Sindoor

During a visit to Jhangher, Jammu and Kashmir’s Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha laid the foundation for 388 new homes for families impacted by recent natural disasters and Pakistani shelling during Operation Sindoor, with completion expected in six months. Additionally, an MoU with an NGO aims to construct 1,500 homes across the region. Sinha also announced an increase in MGNREGA employment days to 150 to support livelihoods affected by calamities. Local leaders expressed gratitude for the government’s assistance in rebuilding efforts.
