Andhra Pradesh police confirmed that a motorcycle accident caused a bus fire that killed 19 passengers, originating from biker Shiva Shankar, who was under the influence of alcohol. After his bike struck a divider and was dragged for 200m, fuel spilled ignited a blaze, trapping passengers; 27 others, including the drivers, survived.
