Delhi High Court Ruling on Patanjali

Delhi High Court has issued an interim injunction preventing Patanjali, owned by Ramdev, from airing “disparaging” ads against Dabur’s Chyawanprash, which claimed no competitor has the knowledge to produce “original” Chyawanprash. Dabur accused Patanjali of making misleading statements that belittled its product, while Patanjali contended it did not directly mention Dabur.

Explain It To Me Like I’m 5: The Delhi High Court has stopped Patanjali from running ads that unfairly criticize Dabur’s Chyawanprash, saying they made misleading claims that could hurt Dabur’s reputation.
