YouTuber Jasbir Singh has been remanded for two days by a Mohali court on charges of espionage for Pakistan, following his arrest by Punjab Police’s State Special Operations Cell (SSOC). Singh, a resident of Mehlan village, faces scrutiny for his alleged links to a spy network, including connections to arrested YouTuber Jyoti Malhotra and a dismissed Pakistani official. Despite the police seeking a seven-day extension for further investigation, the court only granted a two-day remand, with Singh’s defense arguing he was falsely implicated after cooperating with authorities.
