'Replaced with Marathi': Hindi out at metro site in Thane district

In response to MNS protests, MMRDA began replacing Hindi signage with Marathi at the Metro 12 construction site in Dombivli, following instructions to include Marathi alongside English. MNS has hinted at targeting educational institutions next, urging schools and colleges to prominently display their name boards in Marathi, with leader Raj Thackeray emphasizing the importance of making Marathi mandatory for official use.
