Riyaz Bhatkal and Yasin Bhatkal orchestrated the 2013 Dilsukhnagar blasts, with Pakistani bomb maker Waqas and fake ID creator Aijaz Sheikh serving as crucial operatives, leading to their death sentences. Waqas, trained by the Taliban, planted the IEDs with Asadullah and Tahseen, while Aijaz provided fake IDs for the terror group’s activities, facilitating their operations and financial transactions. The Telangana HC upheld the verdict based on evidence of their roles in the attacks and their involvement in creating false identities for the Indian Mujahideen.
