A fresh exchange of fire erupted in Panjtirthi area of Kathua in Jammu on Tuesday, involving three suspected infiltrators. One infiltrator has been reported dead, while the other two are engaged with the armed forces. The operation was launched following intelligence inputs, with surveillance-cum-ambushes deployed by the Indian Army, police, and CRPF in the area.
